CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD CUSTOMERS - You do not need a Paypal account to pay for your items through Paypal! Choose the Paypal option during checkout. After you submit your order, click the "pay now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with credit or debit card or check without having to sign up for a Paypal account.
Insurance is optional. I am not responsible for lost items.

Shipping
Delivery is made by postal service. The cost of delivery goes separately from the price of item. Delivery term is about two weeks. After dispatch I’ll send you the post tracking number. Using it you can trace your parcel.
It takes about 14 working days to USA, Europe.
Raw terms for the deliveries:
- USA: 2 weeks
- Canada: 2 weeks
- Europe: 1-2 weeks
- Other: 2-3 weeks

I usually ship my items within three working days of receiving a payment.

Please allow up to 8 business days before shipping. Convo me if you want it sooner. You'll receive by email a link with photos of the item before I ship it. Please confirm within 1-2 days you want it to be shipped.
Exceptions to this may occur if I am taking a short holiday - in this case, look out for my shop announcements.
Polymer clay figurines come in a little bag, which is then placed in a small card box. This is then shipped in a padded envelope. Jewellery will be shipped in whatever way is best for the size/type of item, but all are shipped in a padded envelope.
I will ship to the address given in the Etsy receipt, so make sure it's correct. Let me know in the notes section in case you want it to be shipped to a different address.
Shipping materials, like envelopes and wrapping, are included in the shipping cost.

*******INFORMATION ABOUT MY ART DOLLS********
My dolls are hand-sculpted of FIMO clay (some with metal joints).
They sanded many times before painted with acrylics than with watercolour and acrylic paint and sealed with semi-gloss varnish. It takes about three weeks to create it. For hair Ii use natural wool, mohair. They are very soft. Do not brush or pull on hair because often loose due to the nature of material.
The clothes are not removable, as they are glue in place.
They are very delicate and need to be handled with extreme care. Do not place them near extreme temperatures, in direct sunlight and moist conditions.
All of my dolls are one-of-a-kind and made to be used as art pieces.
They are made by hand so they have little imperfections that adds to their unique personality.
